Eligibility: EmPOWERED to Serve Scholars are students who have demonstrated their commitment to improve what are known as social determinants of health — the conditions in which people live and work that shape their health. 4. The Hamilton Award

Eligibility: The Hamilton Award recognizes young people for their academic, personal, service and entrepreneurial accomplishments. Up to thirty-five under-served (first-generation, low income, extenuating circumstances, etc.) high school juniors from across the nation are selected annually as winners of the Hamilton Award and subsequently enrolled in the five-year Alexander Hamilton Scholars (AHS) Empowerment Program.
